Privacy
Greenlight is operated by Online First in Melbourne, Australia, and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Deliberately little:
- Your email address, used to sign you in and to send you notifications about your work.
- A display name and timezone, if you choose to set them.
- A record of your activity: tasks, reviews, flags, and the times things happened.
There are no passwords, because sign-in is by emailed link. There are no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site.
Content under review
Content is referenced by URL and is never fetched or stored by Greenlight. Your browser loads it directly from the pipeline owner's infrastructure, with the referrer suppressed.
How we use it
To operate the service: showing you available work, recording verdicts, tracking what is owed, and sending transactional email. We do not send marketing email, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for their own purposes.
Who else processes it
- Microsoft Azure — hosting and database, in the Australia East region.
- Mailgun — email delivery.
- Cloudflare — DNS and edge delivery.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account. Your personal details are removed; reviews and audit events are kept in anonymised form, attributed to "removed user", because project owners need an intact record of decisions made about their content. Projects you own must be deleted or transferred before your account can be closed.
